Context
Five Drupal and Opigno platforms supported scientific education across Latin America. Content, support, and reporting crossed multiple markets, teams, and operating rhythms.
The challenge
Medical teams needed dependable publishing, learners needed a more coherent journey, and regional stakeholders needed evidence that the platforms were improving—not simply staying online.
Constraints
Regulated healthcare content, multiple countries, inherited platform architecture, cross-functional dependencies, and continuous live operations.

Reflection
The work reinforced a core principle: platform experience is not only an interface problem. Governance, support, measurement, and stakeholder alignment are part of the product.
