Project overview

Context

Property visuals, amenities, and commercial details lived across disconnected presentation materials. The sales story changed depending on who presented it and where.

The challenge

Create an experience that could guide an in-person conversation while remaining clear enough for a prospective buyer to explore independently.

Constraints

Large visual assets, variable connectivity, presentation screens, personal devices, and information that needed to remain current and easy to find.

Key decisions

Decisions that connected experience with operations.

  1. 01

Organized information around the questions buyers ask during a sales conversation.

  2. 02

Connected panoramic exploration, amenities, visuals, and commercial detail in one flow.

  3. 03

Designed responsive behavior for guided presentations and independent browsing.

  4. 04

Built the frontend and content structure as a single buyer-facing product.

Reflection

A sales tool is most useful when it supports the human conversation instead of competing with it. The interface became a guide, not a brochure.
